Overview

Are you the kind of recruiting leader who can build executive pipelines, influence senior leadership, and still jump in to solve tough hiring challenges when needed?

We’re looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition leader to help scale a rapidly growing global organization across the U.S. and Europe. This is not a “maintain the status quo” recruiting role. This person will help shape hiring strategy, improve recruiting operations, elevate employer branding, and build leadership talent pipelines that directly support company growth.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience on both the agency/search side and inside a corporate environment, especially within manufacturing, industrial, data center, or other technical industries.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading recruiting strategy across the U.S. and Europe to support rapid company growth
  • Managing executive and senior-level hiring efforts, including leadership searches and difficult-to-fill positions
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and create hiring plans aligned with company objectives
  • Building talent pipelines through competitor mapping, market research, and proactive recruiting strategies
  • Strengthening employer branding and candidate attraction efforts across multiple markets
  • Launching and managing campus recruiting and early-career talent programs
  • Evaluating and improving recruiting channels, vendors, and external search partners
  • Driving recruiting process improvements through ATS optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Creating measurable recruiting metrics tied to quality-of-hire, retention, onboarding success, and hiring effectiveness
  • Building and developing a strong Talent Acquisition team with clear KPIs, accountability, and performance expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in both agency/search and corporate recruiting environments
  • Strong executive recruiting background with proven success hiring senior leadership talent
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related degree
  • Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations
  • Deep understanding of U.S. recruiting markets; European recruiting exposure is highly preferred
  • Experience implementing or improving ATS/recruiting technologies
  • Strong ability to influence executives and partner with leadership teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics and metrics to drive decisions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, cooling systems, engineering, or data center industries is a major plus
