We are currently seeking an HR Manager for our client in Greer, SC. This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As the HR Manager, you will be the go-to leader for all human resources functions. You'll play a critical role in shaping the company culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and ensuring we stay compliant and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Strategy

Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring the business attracts highly skilled candidates.

Develop strong talent pipelines, diversify sourcing strategies, and use market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day HR workflows, ensuring policies, procedures, and legal requirements are consistently followed.

Prepare routine updates and data reports for leadership teams.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

Address workplace concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote effective communication throughout the organization.
Performance & Development Programs

Support leaders in setting clear goals and performance expectations.

Implement tools and processes that drive continuous improvement, coaching, and employee growth.
Team Leadership

Guide and develop your direct reports, promoting an environment where collaboration and accountability thrive.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on HR expertise. Requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.

6–10 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people leadership.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.

Experience supervising and developing HR team members.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Solid understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
-
Ability to excel in a fast-moving environment with limited direction.

Strong analytical, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
-
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
