We are currently seeking an HR Manager for our client in Greer, SC.  This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)

They're looking for a skilled and passionate Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR strategy and operations while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

What You’ll Do

As the HR Manager, you will be the go-to leader for all human resources functions. You'll play a critical role in shaping the company culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and ensuring we stay compliant and competitive. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Strategy

  • Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring the business attracts highly skilled candidates.

  • Develop strong talent pipelines, diversify sourcing strategies, and use market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day HR workflows, ensuring policies, procedures, and legal requirements are consistently followed.

  • Prepare routine updates and data reports for leadership teams.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

  • Address workplace concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote effective communication throughout the organization.

Performance & Development Programs

  • Support leaders in setting clear goals and performance expectations.

  • Implement tools and processes that drive continuous improvement, coaching, and employee growth.

Team Leadership

  • Guide and develop your direct reports, promoting an environment where collaboration and accountability thrive.

 

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on HR expertise. Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.

  • 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.

  • Experience supervising and developing HR team members.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-moving environment with limited direction.

  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
