What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who brings strong payroll knowledge and enjoys working with both people and technology.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or HR operations.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential employee information.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.

Experience That Will Set You Apart

While not required, the following experience would be especially valuable:

  • Payroll or HRIS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Supporting hourly employees across multiple shifts.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable HRIS platforms.
  • Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
  • A track record of improving payroll accuracy, reporting, or HR system processes.
