Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking an Administrative Business Partner for our client in Greenville, SC who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.

 The Administrative Business Partner is responsible for providing personal assistance to the Partner, business coordination and support for all company brands and all other acquired concepts. 

Salary: $38-40K / year

Responsibilities:

Help drive the business and the overall customer experience with all concepts.
●Managing all correspondence related to email, direct communication, and support for 
all business.
●Provides strategic administrative support for all brand initiatives.
●Coordinate, facilitate and document the weekly Brand meetings.
●Physical site visits as needed to key areas.
●Report on issues and provide summaries of store visits to Partner and Brand Manager.
●Manage personal and professional calendars.
●Manage personal and professional affairs.Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting
 letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating 
 telecommunications. ---- 
      Keep oversight and point of contact for inbound calls and emails.
      Social media support
      Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
answering or directing inquiries.
      Assist with non-profit responsibilitiesComplete special projects requested:
      Run errands when needed (Ex: drop oA and pick up work or personal supplies,
ordering and picking up lunch, dinner, etc.)-
      Daily PO Box mail collection
      Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies.
●Prioritize and handle multiple projects at a time, under tight deadlines

 

Qualifications: 

● 5-8 years of experience effectively management.
● Experience analyzing business requirements, developing plans, and implementing
discrepancy resolutions.
●Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
●Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in
expectations or requirements.
●Self-motivated and detail oriented.
●Proven organization and time management skills.
●Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
skills.
