A well-established and growing manufacturer is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic and operational HR lead for their facility. This role offers a seat at the leadership table and the opportunity to shape the employee experience from recruiting to retention and everything in between.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)

They're looking for a skilled and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to lead all aspects of HR strategy and operations while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
What You’ll Own
This role blends strategy with execution. You’ll be the trusted HR advisor for site leadership while keeping day-to-day HR operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will:

Partner closely with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals

Guide managers through employee relations, coaching, and performance matters
-
Drive engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
-
Oversee benefits administration and workers’ compensation processes

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
-
Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation
-
Review compensation data, support job evaluations, and recommend adjustments
-
Anticipate hiring needs and support recruiting strategy
-
Manage and monitor the HR department budget

Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, leaders, and external partners

We’re looking for:

5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices

Experience with HRIS systems (ADP is a plus) and Microsoft Office
-
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills

Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
