Summary of duties and responsibilities: 

• Visual inspection of metallized and plated ceramic parts using a microscope. 

• Perform metallization screen-printing / hand painting and associated operations. 

Essential duties and responsibilities 

• Hand paint insulators 

• Visual inspection of metallized, parts as required. 

• Maintain lot identity and appropriate paperwork. 

• Ability to work in a team environment.  

• Read blueprints. 

Education, prior work experience, specialized skills and knowledge required: 

• Inspection experience using a microscope. 

• Experience operating small equipment. 

• Ability and desire to learn and perform metallization application processes and operations. 

• High School graduate or GED equivalent 

• Basic math and communication skills 

Physical requirements: 

• Dexterity 

• Hand/Eye Coordination 

• Correctable 20/20 vision 

• Standing, sitting, walking, bending and some lifting 

Working Conditions: 

• Normally heated and air-conditioned Production area 

• Minor / Moderate amount of noise 

Equipment used: 

•       Small hand tools, measuring tools, XRF, QA instruments, micrometers, calipers, screeners,  

             banders, spray painters, paint machine
