Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As the HR Business Partner, you’ll wear many hats and make a difference every day. Here’s a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute HR strategies that sync with the plant’s business goals and global HR initiatives. Partner with the plant manager to boost team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top-tier talent. Build talent pools, explore diverse sourcing channels, and create market reports to stay ahead of the game.
- Performance Optimization: Implement systems to optimize performance, coach managers on goal-setting, and foster employee growth through development opportunities.
- Employee Relations: Be the go-to for HR inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Build communication channels that keep everyone connected.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire your direct reports, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- HR Operations: Oversee daily HR activities, from compliance to policy development, and provide regular reports to senior management.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about people as they are about results. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing (plant HRBP experience is a bonus!).
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people management.
- Ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing direct reports and fostering team growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Deep knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
- Top-notch analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for confidentiality.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!
