Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking an HR Manager for our client in Greer/Woodruff, SC. This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity.

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year (based on experience)

You’ll drive HR strategies that align with their global vision, foster a culture of ownership, and ensure their U.S. plant operations run like a well-oiled machine. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the center of shaping HR operations and culture. Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting Foundation – Set up and lead the foundation for recruiting at a new facility, including workforce planning, employer branding, and process design.
- Anchoring Performance Management System – Design, implement, and sustain a performance system that drives accountability, employee growth, and organizational alignment.
- Training & Development – Develop and roll out training programs for operators and core team members, ensuring skills readiness and career development opportunities.
- Employee Feedback & Engagement – Create mechanisms to gather feedback from individuals and groups to strengthen culture and enhance collaboration.
- Attendance System – Oversee and implement attendance systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fairness in time tracking.
- ISO Certification Readiness – Apply your HR expertise to support ISO certification processes, ensuring HR systems, policies, and training meet international standards.
- General HR Leadership – Oversee compliance, employee relations, reporting, and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about people as they are about results. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people management.
- Strong expertise in HRIS system operations and implementations.
- Experience creating and delivering training programs across multiple levels of the workforce.
- Ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing direct reports and fostering team growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment with minimal oversight.
- Top-notch analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for confidentiality.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
