Location: Greer, SC

Salary: $170,000 - $215,000 Depending on Experience

Shape the People Strategy Behind the Business

Every successful manufacturing company has a team of professionals who keep the business moving, from Finance and IT to Sales, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and other corporate functions. We're looking for an experienced Human Resources leader who understands how to build, support, and develop those teams.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, influencing business decisions, and creating an environment where high-performing corporate teams can thrive. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while driving initiatives that strengthen talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across the U.S. corporate organization.

If your background has been centered around supporting corporate business functions within a manufacturing company, not managing plant HR operations, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Rather than simply administering HR programs, you'll help shape how the organization attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent.

Your work will include:

  • Advising executive leadership on organizational and talent strategy
  • Coaching leaders through employee performance, engagement, and complex employee relations matters
  • Developing succession plans and leadership development initiatives
  • Partnering with Finance on workforce planning and organizational growth
  • Leading change management initiatives during periods of business transformation
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices across multiple states
  • Supporting executive recruiting and leadership talent acquisition
  • Driving performance management and career development programs
  • Helping cultivate a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture

The Experience We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who has successfully operated as a strategic HR business partner within a complex corporate environment.

Successful candidates will typically bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Senior HR leadership experience supporting corporate departments such as Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, or other business functions
  • Experience working within a manufacturing company while focusing primarily on corporate employees rather than plant operations
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and employment law
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on business strategy
  • Proven success leading organizational change and developing leadership talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (advanced degree is a plus)
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is welcomed but not required

Who Will Excel Here

The ideal leader is someone who naturally balances business priorities with employee experience. You're equally comfortable sitting in an executive strategy meeting, coaching a senior leader through a difficult situation, or helping develop the next generation of leadership talent.

You enjoy building relationships, solving complex people challenges, and creating HR strategies that enable business growth.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is a chance to have a genuine seat at the leadership table within a growing global organization. Your influence will extend well beyond traditional Human Resources, helping shape business strategy, organizational effectiveness, and long-term leadership development.

If you're looking for a role where your experience supporting corporate business functions will have visible impact, we'd love to hear from you.
